Both. Homeowners can post renovation projects and consider proposals. Contractors can create a business profile, set their services and area, and explore projects.
Can AI help me write a project?
Yes. You can talk or type through your idea to prepare a draft. Review the scope and details before posting. Usage limits apply.
Are iPhone and Android downloads available?
The mobile apps are in testing and public store releases are coming soon. Use the web app today. Verified App Store and Google Play links will be added to the Get the app page when available.
Does Tradely handle payments for renovation work?
No. Homeowners and contractors make work agreements and payment arrangements directly. Tradely does not hold project funds in escrow or guarantee workmanship.
How much does it cost for contractors?
There is a Free plan and paid monthly memberships with included leads. Additional lead credits cost C$1 each. See Pricing & refunds for current prices and terms.
How do I contact support?
Sign in and open Profile → Support → Contact us. Support requests are saved to your account. Support is in testing without a guaranteed response time.
