How lead credits work
The first expression of interest, message or quote for an eligible job uses one lead. Further contact about that same job does not use another credit. Included leads reset each monthly period and do not roll over. Purchased lead credits carry forward while your account remains open. A lead is access to a project, not a promise of a response, a job or revenue.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Manage or cancel through the billing portal on the Tradely web app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; access continues until then. There are no automatic partial-period refunds. Contact support for billing errors, duplicate charges or refund review. This does not limit rights required by law. Deleting your account cancels its active subscription immediately and ends access; unused balances are not automatically refunded.
Secure payments
Stripe handles membership and lead-credit payments through hosted checkout on the web app. Your iPhone app displays membership status and lead balances. Review the final amount and renewal terms before paying. The sandbox test payment is not a real charge and is unavailable in live mode.
Payments for renovation work
Homeowners and contractors arrange their work and payments directly. Tradely does not process project payments, hold funds in escrow or guarantee workmanship.
